I’m an Executive Education Fellow at the Advanced Computing for Executives, School of Computing, National University of Singapore.
Since 2023, I've been developing materials & teaching the following well-received SkillsFuture-supported cybersecurity courses to adult learners & professionals (with their highest participant feedback’s Instructor-Effectiveness ratings shown, and what some participants say shared here):
“Malware Forensics & Binary Analysis Techniques”: 4.66/5.0
“Cyber Forensics Investigation Techniques”: 4.62/5.0
“Ethical Hacking & System Hardening”: 4.54/5.0
“Introduction to Cybersecurity”: 4.47/5.0
Previously, I spent >7.5 years as a Lecturer with the School of Computing, National University of Singapore teaching undergraduate & graduate level courses. With the School’s support, I proposed & developed these two new undergraduate courses:
“Penetration Testing Practice”: with the two highest student-ratings for my lecturing of 4.6/5.0 and 4.5/5.0 – well above the semesters’ Faculty average
“Digital Forensics”: with the highest-received student-rating for my lecturing of 4.3/5.0 – above the semester’s Faculty average
Additionally, I co-developed the following course for NUS SCALE’s BTech programme:
“Web Security”: with the highest-received student rating for my lecturing of 4.4/5.0 – above the semester’s Faculty average
Prior to teaching at NUS, I was a Scientist and Acting Lab Head of the Mobile Forensics & Security Lab at the Cyber Security & Intelligence Department, Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), A*STAR. Before that, I was an Associate Scientist and then a Research Scientist with the Temasek Laboratories at the National University of Singapore (TL@NUS).
